Description et responsabilités générales du poste

Reporting to Program Director, the Program manager main duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to): 


  • Define/validate & share program/project strategy. Whenever necessary, develop & maintain responsibility matrix
  • Ensure Scope of work is well defined at program/project start and shared with Operations along with all necessary documentation. Clarify any ambiguity.
  • Define and/or validate main milestones with operations & develop/maintain high level program/project chart
  • Lead risk assessment initiative &  ensure mitigation measures are enforced where necessary
  • Ensure budget are defined and provided to Operations. Liaise with Estimating manager if/as required to define such budget (support estimating as necessary).
  • Ensure contractual/commercial specificities are provided to operations & understood
  • Ensure clear communication channel is defined shared & followed
  • Ensure internal order (CO) is/are duly entered within ERP (syteline) with the adequate structure


  • Monitor overall project execution performance, execution adherence to defined plan & update strategy as needed. In particular, monitor cash flow & revenue recognition progress
  • Monitor & ensure intermediate & final milestones are met
  • Monitor & ensure costs are within budget.
  • Raise Flag whenever risk is identified (Budget, milestone, Quality). Liaise with operations to develop mitigations measures as required
  • Plan & lead recurrent follow-up meeting with operations
  • Develop and maintain internal action list, ensuring due dates are met


  • Act as focal point with Client throughout the duration of the project/program, from preliminary meetings until invoices approval and payment.
  • Plan & lead external coordination meetings in line with project/program requirement
  • Ensure Client milestones (package/spec. reception, parts reception, prototype approval,…) are shared & met
  • Develop and maintain external action list, ensuring due dates are met
  • Provide recurrent reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) in accordance with project/program duration
  • Support client additional scope of work to the best possible extent making sure everything is accounted for and covered from a contractual/commercial standpoint (contract, Management of change)
  • Ensure client satisfaction & company responsiveness throughout project/visit execution
  • Record client comments through survey/post mortem & define action plan if/as necessary to enhance experience for next visits


  • Liaise with Finance for invoice preparation. Ensure data is complete & correct
  • Ensure invoice is submitted in due time to Client rep/PM & Follow-up until invoice approved & submitted to payable
  • Conduct an as-built project performance review (internal) with all stakeholder to review both the internal performance & the client experience, leading to improvement initiative definition
  • Retrofeed Estimating with as built data for library update


  • Any task assigned by direct superior

Qualifications requises et exigences


·         University degree in aeronautical engineering

·         Minimum 5 years of experience

·         French spoken and written, English spoken

·         Skills: autonomous, communication, agility, leader

·         Experience in aeronautics engineering, specialised in cabins

·         Experience in program management

  • Formation : Universitaires
  • Expérience : 6 ans ou plus
  • Profils : Monteur d’aéronefs et contrôleur de montage d’aéronefs, Mécanicien et contrôleur d’aéronefs, Entretien/ Maintenance, Opérateur, Service client
