Materials Resource Planning Controller
An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Rolls-Royce Canada as a Materials Resource Planning Controller (MRPC).
As MRPC, you will be responsible for planning and managing and acquiring the assigned products and services as well as ensuring the suppliers and/or vendors are delivering to Rolls-Royce Canada requirements.

Address customer requests both internal and external in line with the agreed timeline.
Monitor and ensure delivery schedule adherence to include identification of supply alternatives in collaboration with technical and strategic functions to meet schedule adherence. Process Purchase Requisitions through SAP in line with established requirements.
Day-to-Day management of vendors/suppliers and securing commitment acceptance for assigned components (either spares or sub-con).
Support the Business in the vendor approval process including source and method change in timescales to support operational requirements\ including component repair offload.
Ensure effective inventory management (using SAP) for assigned components within Rolls-Royce Canada guidelines in line with pre-agreed inventory targets.
Drive continuous improvement activities within the supply chain (e.g. optimize inventory levels, improve delivery reliability, reduce lead times and elimination of non-value added activities).
Part of your role might include covering the 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm)

Qualifications requises et exigences
College or technical degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations Management or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience OR
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations Management or equivalent with 1+ years’ experience OR
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations Management or equivalent OR
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain
Must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident of Canada
Excellent communication skills and bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
Understanding of Inventory Control.
Understanding and operation of IT systems (SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel Intermediate etc.)
CPIM, CAPICS, PMAC studies / designation are an asset.
