Description et responsabilités générales du poste
Starlink Aviation is seeking a Flight Coordinator associated with charter operations (Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR 703 & 704) as well as private business jet operations (Canadian Aviation Regulation CAR 604), for several customers.
Your role
Reporting to Starlink Aviation's assistant Director of Operations, your role as Flight Coordinator is to be the first point of contact with our corporate customers and perform technical tasks such as that of a corporate ambassador to customers.
This coordinating role includes supervising the Assistant Coordinator as well as preparing transport logistics; the organization of travel including air and ground transportation, customs preparation (Canadian or international), ensure that police services, and hotels will be processed; make requests for documents to clients, via emails and telephones; on return from flights, data entry, follow up on invoices and purchase orders for the closure of accounts payable; any other task deemed necessary by the flight coordination service.
Qualifications requises et exigences
Your skills:
? Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status (asset);
? Eligible for a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
? Bilingual (French and English spoken);
? Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
? Experience in the field of international aviation and/or Air Ambulance;
? Experience in Canadian and international customs and/or aviation regulations;
? Knowledge of Canadian regulations 604, 703 and 704 (asset);
? Diploma of studies, tourism, flight control, events (asset);
? Knowledge of a flight operations management tool, e.g. BART, FOS (asset);
? Good problem-solving skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work alone or in a team;
? Ability to work with tight deadlines;
? Demonstrate leadership and initiative;
? Excellent communication skills;
? Be responsible, rigorous and conscientious.
