Job description and general duties

PCM Innovation are currently seeking a permanent Methods Agent to support one of our aerospace clients.

Responsabilities :

  • Work in close collaboration with the Process & Tools and other Methods teams to develop/revise working methodologies
  • Define and produce work instructions for the manufacturing of part.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Engineering, Production, Logistics and quality functions
  • Prepare Purchase Order
  • Contribute to the choice of manufacturing methods and to the improvement of production tools.

Job qualifications and basic requirements

Our requirements:

  • A university B.Eng. or a College (CEGEP in Quebec) diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other related and pertinent training and work experience.
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both English and French
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5)
  • Knowledge of traditional computer tools (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent technical mechanical understanding
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Agility to work with minimal supervision and collaborate in a team environment


  • knowledge of special manufacturing processes (heat treatment, plasma coating, etc)
