The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

Summary of position

– Manage constant change through innovation
– Offer a service that ensures the security, reliability and integrity of information systems
– Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our procedures through integrated IT solutions and advice
– Manage, monitor and prepare the UK IT budget in partnership with the Corporate IT Director
– Act as the IT point of contact for any IT issues and request for improvement

Main responsibilities

• IT infrastructure
– Manage, organize, coordinate the team of onsite technicians and UK subcontractors
– Ensure the availability of information systems and the IT infrastructure
– Work in collaboration with North America ERP and Infrastructure teams (teamwork)
– Ensure the maintenance of equipment and applications
– Procure equipment and computer software
• Team Management/leadership skills
– Ensure the management, organization, coordination and development of the IT team members
– Ensure proper communication across the organization
• Business Analyst:
– Assist and support users in their operations
– Manage , evaluate and implement change request
– Plan and support the implementation of improvements
